Great Results and a Favorite Winter Recipe

Recently I had some routine blood work done and I was super proud of the results.  Other than some wonky hormones (I am entering menopause afterall), everything is perfect – including my B and D vitamin levels, which are often off for even the most health conscious people. Particularly noteworthy is that the marker for cardiac inflammation was so low they couldn’t even measure it!   So thankful for a healthy diet and exercise routine.
