Raw Food Cleanse – How am I faring?

Day 5 of my Raw Food Cleanse.  Overall, I’m feeling great. The only detox symptom I’ve had is a little bit of a nagging headache, most likely from caffeine withdrawal. The one snafu I’ve hit is that I need more calories than the base diet provides. I lost 4 pounds in 2 days and since I’m not trying to lose weight on this diet, I need to make some modifications. So, I’ve added a little bit of quinoa and yams. Obviously, these aren’t raw but at least they are plants so I’m staying in that part of the theme of the program. Yes! I’m Going To Do A Raw Food Cleanse

I’m excited that I’ll soon be doing a Raw Food Reset Cleanse. Created by Young and Raw, the cleanse is 100% naturopathic doctor reviewed and approved with meal plans, recipes, and shopping lists included. There’s even a Facebook group created just for people in the cleanse. I never really thought about doing a cleanse before. Overall, I eat great. For instance, when I prep for a competition, I eat 100% clean. When not prepping, I eat about 90% clean and organic.
